Such a wonderful stay at Nottingham casino Staybridge Suites. The suite was spacious, incredibly well fitted and in a great location for our weekend away. The staff were all super friendly, welcoming and made it feel like nothing was too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend.
I would encourage the hotel to take steps to address this issue by providing better training for their staff on how to interact with guests. hopefully the hotel can improve the guest experience and prevent this from happening to others

Only went to use their toilets (my car had broken down outside and I was waiting for the AA!), but reception was very pleasant and helpful! The casino looked very well appointed and relaxed!

I guess prices are typical of venues nowadays. Ticket price was high but you do get a full days entertainment so better value than say a premiership football match.
All in all a fantastic stay great service and great location, just a couple of areas need attention to get full stars.

It really is a fantastic hotel ???? amazing location we were there to visit the symphony Hall we didn't even have to go outside to get to the hall there is a connecting bridge from hotel..... wow ...
